800 High Street is a mixed-use infill project on a one acre, transit-oriented, urban site in downtown Palo Alto.  The project contains sixty residential condominiums (a mix of flats and townhouses) and storefront retail in four levels over a two level, 200 car, subterranean parking garage.  Ground level residences are stoop accessible. Upper level residences are elevator-served via exterior balconies. The project went through a difficult year and a half entitlement process and successfully weathered a referendum election.  It was completed in the fall of 2006.
